Position Summary
Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Chicago, Illinois and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Manage information technology projects for software testing and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions in the insurance, financial services, healthcare, state and local government, telecom, and retail industries. Manage test estimation, test planning, test design, test execution, test reporting as well as coordinate testing and test artifacts across all phases of testing, including SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), End-to-End, and Performance Testing. Manage day to day interactions with executives and sponsors; develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers.; Work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, managing activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope, utilizing Requirement Analysis, Advanced Microsoft (MS) Excel, Jira, and Confluence;
• Reviewing testing of sub-components of larger application systems, integrating the applications with each other to improve stability and performance, utilizing Smoke Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, Component Testing, Regression Testing, and End to End Testing for web-based, native OS-based, and mobile applications;
• Researching functional system requirements, including screen layouts, navigation flows, identifying changes in scope, and mapping them to test scenario design for effective traceability, utilizing Miro, Rally, Confluence, and Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM);
• Organizing with teams, including external vendors across different types of testing and workstreams, aligning with Product and Business owners, and conducting defect analysis and prevention meetings with Development teams, utilizing SAFe Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
• Overseeing technical and business requirements, test management, test data management, logging and tracking defects, and liaising between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams, utilizing Jira, QMetry, Zephyr, and HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM);
• Performing and overseeing testing across custom developed solutions, including API Test Automation for Cloud-based microservices, and executing API test harness, using Rest Assured, Postman, and Newman, and performing data validation, using SQL Developer;
• Architecting Test Automation Frameworks for web-based applications and executing automated testing, utilizing Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, TestNG, IntelliJ, and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) Framework; and
• Designing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for in-sprint automated test execution scripts, using GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Bamboo.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $144,600.00-$241,000.00
