This role is focused on delivering high-performance consultative sales support to potential customers through chat-based channels, with a strong emphasis on conversion and customer experience. You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying customer needs, understanding pain points, and offering tailored solutions that drive successful sales outcomes. The position operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where agility, persuasion, and resilience are essential. You will engage with leads primarily in Spanish, ensuring clear communication and a seamless buying journey. Working with multiple digital tools and CRM platforms, you will also play a key role in keeping the sales pipeline organized and efficient. Accountabilities:

  • Conduct consultative sales conversations via chat with potential customers, focusing on conversion and customer satisfaction in Spanish.
  • Qualify inbound leads using structured sales techniques and identify customer needs and pain points.
  • Present tailored solutions aligned with customer requirements, ensuring a high-quality sales experience.
  • Manage high-volume chat interactions while maintaining service quality and response efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, updating CRM and sales platforms to ensure operational organization.
  • Collaborate with internal tools and platforms such as Zendesk and WhatsApp to manage sales workflows effectively.
  • Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and execution.
  • Requirements:

    • Previous experience in Inbound Sales, preferably in high-volume chat-based environments.
    • Native or advanced proficiency in Spanish, with strong communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
    • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.
    • Ability to identify customer needs and deliver solution-oriented sales approaches.
    • Resilience and motivation to work in a target-driven, performance-oriented environment.
    • Ability to multitask across multiple digital tools and platforms simultaneously.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in CRM and pipeline management.
    • Familiarity with SaaS or technology companies is considered a plus.
    • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle objections effectively.
