Consultor Fullstack Sr

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Consultor Fullstack Sr in Brazil.

This role is designed for a senior fullstack professional who will contribute to the development and evolution of scalable, cloud-native applications in a fully remote and international environment.
You will work on modern backend and integration-heavy systems using Node.js and NestJS, supporting high-performance, event-driven architectures.
The position involves close interaction with distributed teams, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability of production systems.
You will play a key role in designing and improving APIs, integrations, and backend services while also contributing to architectural decisions.
A strong focus on DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure ensures continuous delivery and operational excellence.
This is a highly technical role requiring autonomy, strong engineering practices, and advanced English communication for global collaboration.

• Develop, maintain, and evolve backend services using Node.js and NestJS, ensuring scalable and efficient system design.
• Design and implement integrations with external APIs and internal services, supporting robust system interoperability.
• Work with non-relational databases, especially MongoDB, ensuring optimized data modeling and performance.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines to support automated and reliable deployments.
• Contribute to containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, including Azure Kubernetes Services where applicable.
• Support event-driven and messaging-based architectures using tools such as Azure Service Bus and Event Hub.
• Ensure application observability and monitoring using tools such as Datadog.
• Apply clean and hexagonal architecture principles to ensure maintainable and scalable codebases.
• Use security and code quality tools such as SonarQube, Snyk, and Apiiro to maintain engineering standards.

Requirements:

• Strong proven experience with Node.js and NestJS in production environments.
• Experience working with MongoDB or other non-relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially Azure Pipelines.
• Solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, with Azure Kubernetes Services as a plus.
• Experience with observability tools such as Datadog for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Azure Service Bus, Event Hub is a plus).
• Experience integrating APIs and building distributed systems.
• Familiarity with clean architecture and/or hexagonal architecture principles.
• Experience using code quality and security tools such as SonarQube, Snyk, and Apiiro.
• Advanced English proficiency with ability to communicate in global, technical environments.
