Chat Agent/Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

  • communicate with consumers through live chat or email to answer questions
  • receive and promptly respond to customer queries
  • will solve problems and troubleshoot
  • assist with website errors
  • effectively understand customer's concerns and find solutions
  • document issues and resolutions
  • provide information about products
  • assist with incoming call from time to time
