This role sits at the intersection of data, customer experience, and business strategy, focusing on transforming customer feedback into actionable insights that drive meaningful decisions. You will play a key part in shaping Voice of the Customer (VOC) programs by designing, deploying, and optimizing surveys that capture satisfaction, expectations, and behavioral trends. Working within a cross-functional environment, you will partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure customer feedback is effectively collected and leveraged. The role requires strong technical proficiency in survey platforms, especially Qualtrics, along with the ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data. You will also translate findings into compelling presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders. This is a highly collaborative, insight-driven role where your work directly influences customer experience improvements and strategic decision-making.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, program, and deploy Voice of the Customer (VOC) surveys using Qualtrics, ensuring high-quality data collection across customer touchpoints.
  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot survey workflows, automations, triggers, and integrations with CRM and other connected systems.
  • Develop and manage both recurring and ad hoc research projects in collaboration with stakeholders across marketing, product, and business teams.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, customer needs, and actionable business insights.
  • Create clear, structured reports and presentations that translate complex data into meaningful recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Present findings to cross-functional teams and act as a consultative partner in interpreting research results and implications.
  • Support ongoing improvement of internal research capabilities, helping streamline processes and reduce reliance on external vendors.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in data handling, research execution, and reporting deliverables.
  • Contribute to broader team initiatives and strategic projects supporting customer experience and business growth.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Business, Marketing, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • 2–5 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, customer analytics, or a similar analytical role.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Qualtrics, including survey programming, workflow automation, and system integrations.
    • Solid analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large and complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
    • Experience managing both structured VOC programs and ad hoc research initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with confidence presenting insights to diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and evolving processes.
    • Experience in customer-focused industries such as education or certifications is a plus, but not required.
