- Supports system revenue growth through analysis of qualitative and quantitative consumer research to inform marketing and business strategy. Ability to analyze data and provide insights into opportunities to identify, reach and convert consumers. Through this analysis provides 360 degree view of consumer behaviors and needs. - Manages and implements quantitative and qualitative research initiatives. Develops reports, presentations and dashboards based on outcomes. Has accountability to research budget and tracking how research dollars are spent. Provides voice of the customer insights to marketing, system and regional leadership on healthcare trends and rising consumerism. Manages on-line consumer panels for evaluation of marketing product development, messaging and promotions. Applies those trends to business opportunities.
- Supports marketing analytics development and reporting. Analyzes complex data and develops ROI tracking mechanisms to optimize our marketing investment. Analyzes CRM data to guide marketing strategy and implementation with targeted segmentation strategies.
- Works with region marketing leaders address specific market needs and to apply insights and learnings into regional market strategies/implementation.
- Works with patient and physician data to understand patterns and trends. Ability to integrate consumer and patient data for marketing automation support, healthcare experience preferred
- Supports new product development and innovation through insights from third parties, and quantitative and qualitative studies
