About This Job

Local Marketing's key role is to ensure our brand is visible in the markets we serve. This position is a great opportunity to not only learn about brand -- from community sponsorships, event planning, social media, and public relations support but also a great way to learn about Marketing Strategy & Execution focused on a variety of our markets across our footprint as well as several key Strategic Planning Units (Consumer, Commercial & Wealth).

Essential Functions

  • Assist in coordinating and implement assigned tasks for a variety of programs
  • Assist in coordinating and delivering on agreed upon schedules and objectives. This includes timing, vendor management, quality control, Legal and Compliance, integration with internal communications and brands standards
  • Assist in marketing communication alignment at the campaign level and laddering up to the external voice message/brand
  • Event and sponsorship coordination
  • Research of market and competitive insights as needed

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Work Schedule

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Mostly flexible

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Proactive in finding ways to assists team members
  • Ability to ask questions, offer solutions, retain information, and apply details to future situations
  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values

  • Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Education & Experience

  • Associate degree/Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 1+ years' experience preferred
