• Merchant Point-of-Sale Lending, a platform that provides custom credit financing for home improvement merchants to offer directly to their customers
• ETF Accelerator, a platform for clients to launch, list and manage exchange-traded funds

Your Impact

As part of the Disputes Product team, you will drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle for new features and capabilities in the Disputes space across our Platform Solutions businesses. This is an opportunity to use your analytical and creative skills to deliver best in class customer experience coupled with well thought out architectural design and implementation. The role will involve working closely with Strategy, Technology, Operations, Legal & Compliance, and other external teams to develop solutions that improve customer experience and agent experience. We have a fast-paced result driven culture, and we are looking for individuals who are proactive and can work with a sense of urgency.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

• Use a data-driven approach to develop and design solutions
• Own and drive product roadmap for Disputes domain to meet business goals, and achieve targets for key performance indicators
• Communicate effectively to build consensus and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Capture and maintain a prioritized backlog (define user stories and acceptance criteria, groom stories with engineers, and test changes)
• Define and track measurable metrics to inform the success of features
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer feedback, and funnel metrics to inform product strategy and pipeline development

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, risk management experience or engineering experience with credit cards, debit cards, checking products in an agile product development environment
• Proven analytical skills and problem-solving ability paired with meticulous attention to writing and communicating detailed requirements and product specifications
• Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership of and accountability for projects
• Strong communication skills to articulate and align requirements across a wide spectrum of stakeholders and developers
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively manage competing priorities
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, consistently adhering to strict deadlines and evolving priorities
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, SQL, AEM (or similar tools)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (U.S. or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience/ knowledge in Consumer Risk, specifically, Disputes processes and strategies
• Experience with data science tools (Python, Spark preferred) to solve business problems
• Experience owning a product roadmap
• Experience with architecture design and end-to-end product lifecycle
• Working knowledge related to interpretation of Reg Z and/or Reg E
