Job Description

The Role: Contact Center Agent (Call Center)

Please read before applying. You must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 1-year call center experience.
  • Willing to work any shift from Monday - Sunday from 9am-9pm EST.
  • Reside in one of the following states: Florida, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Kentucky, Texas, South Carolina, North Dakota, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, or Missouri.

Starting pay for Contact Center Agent, Tier 1 is $17.00hr.

As an ambassador of RGG, your role will be to support our Members in placing orders, answering questions, managing returns, and seeking resolution to challenges.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment.
  • Knowledge of call center customer service practices and principles.
  • Proficient data entry and typing skills with an eye for accuracy and detail.
  • General computer usage proficiency.
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Solution oriented to meet stressful situations with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
  • Not required, but experience with luxury brands and/or e-commerce retail is a bonus!
