Content and Community Lead

Your future role at QRT:
We are looking for a Content & Community Lead that will be instrumental in informing and educating our employees, interns, and candidates, around the globe about QRT. This role will be the main communications point of contact for our APAC offices and will also support content management globally, leveraging QRT’s social media and internal platform.
Your responsibilities:
- Content management and development
- Own, develop, and implement integrated content strategy in close relation with Global Head of Communications based in Europe
- Produce and/or create relevant, original, and impactful content and brand assets for QRT’s internal comms channels, website, and social media
- Collaborate actively across departments to find new ideas and develop new content in line with the strategyÂ
- Social media leadership
- Once familiarized with QRT’s culture and strategy, oversee and manage LinkedIn and WeChat
- Monitor other social media platforms such as Glassdoor, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, LINE, among others), conduct tracking, performance analysis, and management reporting
- Enhance and upkeep the crisis communications playbook and process, co-managing crises that spill-over into social media closely within the Communications team
- APAC main point of contact and general corporate communications
- Be the main point of contact for internal communication in Asia
- Closely coordinate with the team in Europe daily to ensure global consistency
- Co-work with team in Europe on driving synergy, new initiatives, and exploring new tools/technology
- Participate, define, build, and maintain communities inside QRT to engage on philanthropic or corporate events.=
- Support any QRT Website projects
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager
Your present skillset:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, advertising and marketing, or any other relevant subjects
- 3 to 7 years or above relevant experience in content management, social media (Linkedin/WeChat/Xiaohongshu), and community building (experience working in or with graphic or video production is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese (fluency in Cantonese is a plus)
- Strong time and project management skills, with attention to detail and understanding of complex environments
- Fluency in the use of design and content creation tools
- Strong interest and awareness of cultural differences, will to work in a multicultural challenging environment
- A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required
