Your Impact:

The Content and Engagement Creator will be responsible for creating engaging, authoritative, and interesting content across platforms to help INPRS achieve its vision, mission, and goals. Success in this role requires creativity, diligent research, and commitment to voice and brand. A keen interest in the metrics side of content and how it can drive outcomes is essential as is an awareness of the global content marketplace, trends, and best practices and how they can relate to INPRS's dynamic structure, audiences, and platforms. A successful content and engagement creator will also thrive in collaborative environments and will be required to attend high-level meetings with the expectation of distilling content opportunities from them. This position will report directly to the Strategic Communications Program Manager.

This role will serve as a creationist and storyteller by leading copy writing efforts to produce content for evergreen, campaign, strategic, and ad-hoc initiatives. This individual will facilitate solo and group content generation exercises and will develop content to keywords, goals, and satisfaction drivers, as determined by leadership.

Essential Duties:

  • Serve as the primary creator of all member and employer communications.
  • Source content ideas from INPRS teams, filtering them through the appropriate channels.
  • Collaborate with various departments to craft specialized and personalized communications.
  • Run content through the appropriate approval process while protecting editorial quality and INPRS brand standards.
  • Plan, produce, and deliver new content including digital magazine articles, news posts, social media posts, video scripts and captions, graphics, photos, and associated titles, summaries, and descriptive text.
  • Monitor and report on content performance to the team based on the content type and timeline.
  • Initiate, route, and gain approval on print quotes using INPRS's procurement process, coordinating with various vendors and stakeholders.
  • Flag concerns, make suggestions, and share feedback in real-time and in formal settings.
  • Manage and execute a rigorous content calendar with strict adherence to deadlines, deliverables, and quality.

Qualifications:

  • Curious, proactive, and motivated team mentality.
  • Experience overseeing the design and production of print and digital materials and publications, with demonstrated ability to track and manage deliverables to successful completion.
  • Experience generating high-quality, high-volume content across channels, specifically written and graphic content.
  • Technical and applied knowledge of social media channels and their use in business, brand, and community-building.
  • Working understanding of computer-based design and layout programs.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of creating high-performing content for social media, web, print, and/or digital marketing is required. Writing samples and portfolios will be requested.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications or related field, or in lieu of a degree, 5 years of related experience.
