Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Content Associate to assist with our content writing, management and execution. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing high-quality content across various channels. Your role involves developing content plans, coordinating with copywriters and designers, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. You will optimize content for SEO, analyze performance metrics, and implement improvements.

The ideal candidate has exceptional writing and editing skills, strong project management abilities, and a deep understanding of content marketing trends. Healthcare experience a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Create, curate and manage content deliverables, including marketing collateral, advertising materials, member testimonials and other general communications.
• Assist with social media copywriting, managing comments and working with the social media calendar posting schedule.
• Edit and revise written copy, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer reviews, assisting with responding to reviews. Google and BBB experience a plus.
• Make edits to the corporate website as directed by the digital marketing manager when it comes to SEO improvements.
• Monitor surveys as they come in from our account management team.
• Assist with social media content for SurgeryPlus and Cancer Care Direct.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver on time solutions that meet their needs.
• Assist with social listening. Sprout Social experience a plus.
• Work closely with internal creative team to execute projects that align with the brand and creative services goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, content best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance marketing outputs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and target market to ensure effective design execution.
• Conduct phone calls with members to harvest testimonials, inputting data and summarizing content.

• Degree in marketing or 3 - 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Healthcare experience a plus.
• Agency experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality content management.
