Job Description

This position is external and internal client facing ensuring the on-time execution of content campaigns including Q/A of order details, testing and troubleshooting, precise campaign delivery and operations accordingly. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day sponsored and marketing content workflows (not editorial). This person is the air traffic control for all Marketing and newly developed content team collections. Collections will be multi-platform and scale within print, social and digital. The coordinator will be responsible for ensuring client brand standards for all requests and projects plus, ordering strong and searchable content on internal and external client's behalf and ensuring the content is adhering to best practices. The role will include a mix of supervised tasks and independent work. This individual will report to the Senior Director of Marketing.

Position Responsibilities / Essential Functions

  • Oversight of day-to-day content workflows and handling questions/request through a central ticketing system
  • Provide quality assurance for content campaigns including validating rates, targeting, placements, creative, etc. on all orders into the content management system
  • Monitor delivery and optimize campaigns in-flight at all levels - across partners, placements, products and creative - to deliver optimal performance
  • Supporting ordering of promotion placements
  • Ensure all ad orders adhere to creative, technical and legal specifications
  • Demonstrate an ability to communicate with sales organizations
  • Deadline adherence and project management is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and shift priorities while maintaining operationally set metrics on content requests
  • Ability to effectively manage team members and balance resource allocation
  • Create operational materials, reports, templates, workflows
  • Work with Marketing team to ensure that all material is the highest of quality, and reflective of the Company's goals

Experience

  • 1-2 years in a coordinator or project management experience is a plus
  • Required High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Enjoys operating in a fast-paced and demanding environment, with a nimble and flexible style
  • A direct and open creative approach to the work; both an independent and collaborative thinker that can translate concepts and ideas to a broader audience
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
  • Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must possess basic computational ability.
  • Must possess computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to accurately type
  • Knowledge of Ad Tag Construction a plus
