Job Description

Diversified Communications (www.divcom.com) is seeking a Content Coordinator to join our growing company! The Content Coordinator will work closely with Editorial, Conference, and Marketing teams on delivering new and updating current training content for the ASAP audiences (www.asaporg.com) in a comprehensive and timely manner. Incumbent is responsible for assisting managers with the execution of new content, including on the ASAP website, YouTube, and organic social media; sourcing and managing contributors for webinars and other video, audio, and written content; and supporting certification program updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and deploy training-focused content across the ASAP website, YouTube, and organic social media that drives engagement and conversion
  • Deliver on Editorial Calendar with Editor and align with Marketing on the timing of key product launches and supporting content
  • Review and understand web analytics reporting and SEO, working with Editor to determine actionable recommendations for content
  • Review consumer insights and data to understand consumer personas; generate variations in content for multiple consumer segments
  • Identify successful content and map out new ways to repurpose these pieces to amplify their message
  • Assist in creating copy for website, email, and social media placements
  • Coordinate author/expert contracting and deliverables
  • Coordinate and create new product and content website pages
  • Proofread, edit, optimize, and publish outsourced content (articles, downloads, videos)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure new content is relevant and shared consistently across channels
  • Coordinate setup and maintenance of digital certification program, including but not limited to updating modules' copy/guides/videos and editing exam questions in corresponding software programs
  • Review and analyze certification reporting
  • Review and approve CEU requests and work with outside partners on approved trainings for CEUs

Skills and Abilities:

  • 1-3 years of experience, specifically direct-to-consumer focused.
  • Working knowledge of the following highly desired:

    o Web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360 & Microsoft Power BI

    o SEO tools such as Semrush

    o Project management tools such as Trello

    o Social media content creation: TikTok, YouTube, Reels, LinkedIn

    o Canva

    o SharePoint

    o Excel

    o HTML/CSS

    o Managing contributor relationships and contracts
  • Skills:• Proven ability to write and edit compelling copy• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail• Keen sense of what types of messages and stories make sense with different audiences, roles, and levels in the administrative professional industry preferred• Ability to prioritize and juggle competing priorities• Photography and video editing skills a plus• Podcast recording and editing experience a plus
