Position Summary:

The Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for providing digital content workflow support for our

clients, typically working within their DAM, PIM, or other content repository, SAAS based system. This

position may be required to import/export data, write asset descriptions, conduct research, track

metrics, organize/curate digital assets and various other related duties as assigned.

1. Provide cataloging, indexing, researching and fact checking various information as requested and required.

2. Locates, identifies and catalogs client-specific metadata by using keywords and tags. Data may include (but is not limited to) documents, video, audio and photos.

3. Provides fulfillment of assets services by monitoring, researching and supporting client inquiries and requests via phone, online or interpersonal communications.

4. Migrates digital assets to and from client resources or third-party vendors utilizing client specific software.

5. Documents and tracks workflow metrics.

6. Exercises judgment with decisions on the utilization of objective or subjective data when cataloging/indexing.

7. Summarizes digital asset descriptions(metadata).

8. Utilizes quality control processes to ensure proper descriptions, correct metadata tagging and removal of any duplications.

9. Tracks both billable and non-billable hours.

10. May cross-train or be cross-trained for various client projects.

11. Other duties as assigned.

Physical demands:

• This position will require standard physical demands expected in an office environment; standing, sitting, typing, communication through verbal and written means and other miscellaneous administrative tasks.

• This position requires use of standard office equipment; computers, printers, telephones, fax machine, etc.

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
