Job Purpose
We are looking for a talented communications and content professional who can help us continuously improve our internal information creation and distribution. This role will be a critical thought partner as they collaborate cross functionally to facilitate learning and development, focus group discussions and dissemination.

Job Purpose
We are looking for a talented communications and content professional who can help us continuously improve our internal information creation and distribution. This role will be a critical thought partner as they collaborate cross functionally to facilitate learning and development, focus group discussions and dissemination.
What you'll get to do
- Write a variety of different internal content to support communications efforts including managing the company newsletter, (intranet) hub articles, and writing first drafts of company-wide messaging
- Work with analytics team to outline intranet success metrics that tell a story from week-to-week
- Partner cross-functionally to determine communications needs and gaps within other areas of the business; carefully monitor slack to gather actionable feedback and insights
- Ideate and provide general support for overarching communications strategy within MX
- Support the creation and revision of internal content and intranet
- Assist with the planning and execution of content and content delivery
- Recommend methodologies to simplify issues that are complex and sensitive into accessible and approachable language
- Research and develop content for audience-specific communication
- Facilitate and lead training meetings and cross-functional meetings
- Works in typical office conditions; read from and enters data into a computer
You'll do it using your
- College degree in communications or related field OR 2-3 years relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge of communications strategy
- In-depth content strategy
- Project management skills
- Change-management understanding
- Strong initiative and provocativeness to work cross-functionally and break silos
- Presentation and facilitation skills
- Program and training coordination experience
- Baseline knowledge of Directus/CSS/HTML, Slack, Wrike, Workday, Google Drive, Outlook, Mailchimp, Adobe Suite
