Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to join our dynamic team locally here in Berea, OH. The ideal candidate will handle crafting engaging content that highlights our properties, displays our brand, and engages our target audience across various digital platforms. We see this candidate in the field with us at different property sites for videos and photos as well as at the office. 

Your workday will entail:

• Developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals
• Creating high-quality, SEO-friendly content for our website, blog, social media channels, and marketing materials
• Collaborating with the sales team to produce compelling property descriptions, virtual tours, and promotional videos
• Managing content calendars and ensure prompt publication of materials
• Analyzing content performance metrics and adjust your content strategy, accordingly
• Staying up to date with industry trends and adjust content strategy as needed

To be successful in this role, we prefer you have:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • Alternatively, we also accept certifications in like fields for this position
• Proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, photographer/videographer, or similar role
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience with digital video and photo editing software
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
