Job Description
We are searching for a driven, detail-oriented content creator to produce high-quality outputs for our business. The Content Creator updates existing material, generates novel work, and identifies new ways to reach consumers and prospects. Contributes to the shaping of our stylistic guidelines and collaborates between internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in our company's outputs.
This Content Creator role is an integral part of the Marketing team. Our Marketing team is critical to the growth of our business and is focused on driving revenue-generating opportunities by: 1) increasing brand awareness and industry regard; 2) differentiating our cloud-based technology and solutions; and 3) establishing ourselves as a premier thought leader.

This Content Creator role is an integral part of the Marketing team. Our Marketing team is critical to the growth of our business and is focused on driving revenue-generating opportunities by: 1) increasing brand awareness and industry regard; 2) differentiating our cloud-based technology and solutions; and 3) establishing ourselves as a premier thought leader.
Essential Functions:
- Write and deliver engaging digital content that differentiates our cloud-based technology and increases brand awareness through our company websites, social media, blogs, marketing materials, sales collateral, email, digital advertising and similar platforms.
- Advocate for digital-first content styled with creativity, enthusiasm and consistency.
- Translate the deeply technical concepts into a digestible compelling narrative that informs and intrigues our audience using creative storytelling.
- Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to identify market trends and appetite, as well as staying on top of the latest trends.
- Conduct research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualize your findings.
- Manage external relationships with agency partners to keep projects on track and within budget for promotional materials.
- Collaborate with key partners to establish campaign objectives, develop campaign components, and prioritize execution deliverables. Measure campaign performance and continually iterate to improve business outcomes.
- Leverage channel performance metrics and insights to guide new and optimize content development.
- Leverage best practices for SEO to create engaging content that furthers business goals.
- Create actionable insights that influence new content and product solutions to effectively reach ICP.
- Partner with our Marketing Manager, Brand & Experience, to deliver work that is in our voice and uniquely versioned for each social channel - LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Employee Advocacy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or similar field.
- 7+ years of experience writing technical content for product marketing, SaaS products, financial topics and the fintech space.
- Impeccable writing and copy editing skills with experience delivering content in a wide array of formats.
- Experience using analytics to determine the impact and effectiveness of content communication channels to influence strategy.
- Strong project management skills - the ability to own and drive schedules from start to finish, including managing peers and stakeholder relationships.
- Skilled in SEO, SEM and social media best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively and partner with others.
- Excellent organization, critical decision-making, and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the power to influence.
- Creative Problem solver - Someone willing to roll up their sleeves and find a way to get stuff done.
- Go Getter - Someone who takes initiative without fear of failure. Always looking for ways to better themselves and the people around them.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Fintech or financial services background.
- B2B experience
- Proficiency in multi-channel storytelling, including podcasts, video and infographics.
- Knowledge of Google Docs Editors Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Forms).
