What You'll Do

• Collaborate with product managers, product marketers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand product features and functionality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and easy to understand for our diverse audience of users.
• Continuously improve and update existing documentation based on user feedback and product updates.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all customer-facing materials.
• Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends in technical communication and incorporate them into our documentation processes.

What You Need to Succeed

• Proven experience as content designer or technical writer, preferably in the SaaS or software development industry.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity. Writing samples will be requested.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce Knowledge, Digital Adoption Software (Appcues, Pendo), Content Management Systems (Madcap Flare, Adobe Framemaker).
• Experience with basic HTML, CSS.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
