What we’re looking for:

We’re hiring an experienced Content Designer to join our product team and help make complex global payment products easy – and maybe even delightful! - to use.

What does the role entail?

• Writing clear content that guides the user through their journey on the Payoneer platform
• Working closely with Product Managers, Product designers, Developers, Analysts, and Localization writers – basically all stakeholders in the creation of a flow or feature
• Collaborating with marketing and product marketing teams, compliance, legal, and business departments
• Working closely with writers from marketing, product marketing, branding, and support. You don’t write in a vacuum, and you need to be able to see the user journey holistically, end-to-end  
• Helping develop, implement, and consolidate our tone and voice, style-guide, and methodology
• Conducting user research and usability studies to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors
• Staying up to date with competitor platforms and flows, industry trends, and emerging technologies in financial technology and design

Are you the right person for the role? This is what we’re looking for:

• A professional content designer / UX writer with at least 2 years experience in a tech company – payments, banking, fintech a big advantage
• It doesn’t matter where you were born, but native-level English is a deal-breaker. Hebrew is a big advantage (along with any other languages)
• You’re a champion for common-sense, clarity, transparency, and user experience. But you’re also able to collaborate with other teams and disciplines - this is essential. You know when to put your foot down, and you know when to let go. Being right is not always the most important thing.
• You’re a word geek. Hierarchy, information architecture, glossaries, documentation – these things make you feel warm and fuzzy.
• You know how to prioritize your workload. And you know how to prioritize a task – what needs to get done now, and what can wait for phase 2.
• Proficiency in Figma is a must. Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure an advantage.
