This role will support the mission of the Force Development Commander's Competencies Division (AETC/A3J), to develop, validate, assess, and implement competencies for the Department of the Air Force.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

• Uses instructional systems development to develop effective learning maps and to perform sound learning analysis from the initial performance levels through higher operational levels
• of career series occupational competencies
• Applies the learning taxonomy to learning outcomes in developmental strategies in both formal and informal learning environments
• Conducts needs analysis and develops learning analysis. Determine learning outcomes
• based on developed career field occupational competency behaviors linked to identified performance criteria
• Develops survey mechanisms to determine validity of occupational competency models and gather quantitative and qualitative data to inform career field stakeholders strategic decisions

Qualifications

• 12 years experience contributing to every aspect of training design, customization and methodology
• Experience with human resourcing concepts, practices, and procedures
• Knowledge of instructional design and competency-based learning

Education

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
