Your Role and Responsibilities
Employees in this job role are responsible for designing developing curating and analyzing the technical content that our clients depend on for the digital self-service of our products. This technical content includes content in the product (especially embedded assistance) along with documentation training and support content. Focuses on Individual/Team/ Department Operational Objectives.

May have budgetary responsibility. Contributes by supporting activities that are subject to business measurements impact customer satisfaction or impact immediate costs or expenses.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Close to 5 + years of Strong knowledge of English grammar and syntax.
• Understand technology and turn complex technical concepts using multiple sources to write and deliver high-quality content artifacts that meet the shifting demands and deadlines of a rapid release schedule.
• Work closely with engineering teams and participate in product design meetings.
• Actively engage in installing and using the product. Earn brownie points by filing bugs.
• Possess an aptitude to create artifacts with a greater focus on quality.
• Strongly advocate usability principles in interface design discussions.
• Communicate like a pro with a global team.
• Be a team player with a passion to thrive in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
• Develop solutions to problems and deliver results using domain knowledge and thorough analysis.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Write and edit source code in any programming language—JavaScript Java C# or C++.
• Proficient in DITA XML Markdown HTML CSS and Git.
• Experience with cloud computing web services or related areas.
