The Role

As a Content Development Manager at Kyndryl, you will be responsible for the global content development of the Applications, Data & AI practice services and offerings. You will create and cocreate content in partnership with offering managers, engineering teams, and alliance teams.

Using the ADAI Practice messaging, you will author services and offering content that articulates the value, benefits, and outcomes provided for the Applications, Data & AI services and solutions. You will work with several cross functional teams including product/offering management, sales, business development, marketing and alliance in the development of the content.

The ideal candidate is highly collaborative and organized and works seamlessly to manage a shifting workload. Candidates should excel at working in a fast-paced work environment with service capabilities and solutions going through rapid/continual changes. Attention to detail and the ability to grasp and translate offering capabilities into tangible benefits and value propositions are crucial to the position.

Job Responsibilities

Candidates should be able to work well in a dynamic work environment where service capabilities and solutions are constantly evolving.

• Design and develop service, solution, and offering content (both internal and external) that conveys the value of the solutions and services.
• Work in partnership with subject matter experts across the practice and teams to ensure the accuracy of the developed content.
• Simplify offering complex concepts and details from multiple sources into consumable content that educates and enables actions
• Update offering collateral on different platforms.
• Provide support in the offering communication channels to internal GTM roles
• Effectively handle multiple concurrent projects
• Execute project requirements and maintain expectations working under tight deadlines.
• Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with employees and vendors

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $93,360 to $177,360 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California:$102,720 to $213,000

Colorado: $93,360 to $177,360

New York City: $112,080 to $213,000

Washington: $102,720 to $195,120

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.

Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelors degree.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in content creation or sales enablement
• Experience in technical writing
• Advanced English writing and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and evidence of effective relationship management.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Leadership and Project Management experience
• Familiarity or experience with Enterprise Applications (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity or experience with Cloud hyperscalers (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google)
• Familiarity or experience with Data & AI
• Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe InDesign
