Content & Digital Marketer

The Position: As the Content & Digital Marketer (Account Rep level) you’ll create B2B messaging for print and digital marketing campaigns that increase engagement with ISN’s materials. Your goal will be to help customers and prospects to better recognize ISN and drive them to schedule time with our outstanding sales team. The expertise you bring to the Marketing team will help expand ISN’s global presence while meeting internal goals that result in the organization’s success. The Content & Digital Account Rep position exposes individuals to executive management, leaders, and contributors throughout the company and offers an opportunity for personal and professional growth. 

Who should apply?

• Expertise:  5+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably focused on a B2B audience
• Knowledge:  Proficient understanding of HubSpot, SEO strategy, and website CMS platforms
• Understanding: Experience identifying target audiences, creating clear, action-oriented messaging, and delivering them through conference materials, social media, emails, landing pages, or other communications
• Communication: Ability to represent ISN succinctly but effectively to external audiences and enthusiastically convey campaign strategies to internal stakeholders
• Passion: Bring your love of marketing and creativity to a team energized by collaboration and progress!

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience in a relevant field

Additional Responsibilities:

• Create effective messaging to drive engagement through ISN’s digital and print communications
• Partner with graphic designers (in-house and consultants) to create and update dynamic marketing assets
• Build and deploy external email, social and blog communications via HubSpot
• Engage with ISN’s Public Relations Agency to release thought-leadership and press pieces
• Create content and coordinate design of advertising placements such as sponsored content, advertorials, full page ads, webinars
• Research and vet site development vendors and CMS platforms
• Lead updates to website content creation to incorporate customer journey mapping
• Assist with go-to-market strategies and messaging for the release of new tools and product functionality
• Create and manage tradeshow marketing assets and content with the sales team show leads
• Develop Quarterly customer-facing newsletters with the goal of increased engagement
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to vet new tools to display content, such as Turtl
• Stay aware of and share competitive comparisons of marketing materials with the team
• Manage weekly and quarterly team goal and analytics reporting

ISN’s headquarters is in uptown Dallas, a short walk from multiple restaurants and shops, with easy access to public transportation and major highways.

Employees must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas, TX office and be willing to come into the office for required trainings, events, team activities, and meetings.
