Job Description:

• As a content-proof editor, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and quality of our content. Your keen eye for detail, exceptional grammar skills, and passion for perfection will ensure that all materials published meet our high standards for accuracy, clarity, and reader engagement. Working closely with writers and editors, you will scrutinize text to eliminate errors, improve readability, and ensure that all content aligns with our style guide and editorial policies.
• Review and edit content for grammar, punctuation, spelling, style, and readability.
• Ensure all documents are free from errors, ambiguities, and inconsistencies.
• Verify the factual correctness of the information, including dates and statistics.
• Collaborate with writers to refine and polish their work, providing constructive feedback when necessary.
• Enforce adherence to the organization’s style guide, ensuring consistency across all content.
• Assist in developing and updating the editorial style guide as needed.
• Manage multiple editing tasks under tight deadlines, prioritizing effectively.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure that visuals and text complement each other.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content creation and editing.
• Participate in content planning meetings, offering insights from an editorial perspective."
   

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience with a bachelor’s degree in a related field (A/O Level)
• Must have good SEO Knowledge (On page Off page and Technical SEO)
• Must have Content Marketing experience
• Good Communication
• Must be good at analyzing the document.
