The Opportunity
ISMG is seeking a creative content professional & AI enthusiast to join us as Content Intelligence & AI Innovation Manager! In this exciting & dynamic role, you will spearhead a new & critical initiative of optimizing content development, marketing strategy, & business operational efficiency through integrating innovative technologies, Artificial Intelligence tools, & data-driven insights.
You will leverage your experience with Content Marketing, passion for AI & technology, & analytical approach to assist in creating AI-driven content for our digital media platforms & optimize content strategies based on data insights & AI analytics. Additionally, you will support our various business units across the organization, working on a range of enablement projects & implementing creative AI solutions in order to solve department-specific challenges.
What you’ll be doing

• Optimizing content strategies based on data insights & AI analytics
• Utilizing innovative technologies to assist in creating content for various digital platforms
• Conducting research on emerging AI platforms & trends to support content marketing initiatives & business operational efficiency
• Using custom GPT models & AI platforms like Chat GPT & Copy.ai to analyze marketing data & generate insights
• Preparing reports & presentations to communicate findings & recommendations
• Supporting the management of AI-related marketing projects, ensuring timely completion
• Assisting in coordinating with stakeholders, preparing materials, & communicating project updates
• Experimenting with new AI tools & techniques to improve business operations across departments

What you’ll bring for success

• 3-5+ years of experience in a Content Marketing related role
• Passion for technology with a keen interest in the use of Artificial Intelligence to enhance content creation & optimize marketing strategies
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as Chat GPT & Copy.ai & an understanding of how to leverage their data analysis capabilities to uncover hidden trends in text & data
• Creative & analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to generate innovative content ideas
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills able to clearly articulate complex concepts
• A forward-thinking mindset & willingness to experiment with new ideas, technologies, & approaches for content creation & distribution
• A team-oriented nature & enjoyment of collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments & ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, & marketing strategies
