Content Internship

Responsibilities:

As an intern for the Safety and Security segment at Ascend Learning, you will have the opportunity to learn the content management side of the business from the ground up. This role performs a range of administrative tasks that are imperative to the success of the overall team. You will gain insight into how internal teams intersect by working across multiple departments in support of Content Strategists and Content Coordinators. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Requesting files and uploading files to various internal systems
• CMS site maintenance
• Route contracts and other documents
• Assist with peer review process
• Work with reprint team (track reprint corrections)
• Light customer support duties

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
• Strong, professional written and verbal communication
• Collaborative team player

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
