Why we're hiring:

The Content & Knowledge Manager is responsible for the strategy and maintenance of WPP Open’s content & knowledge base, unifying end-user content and knowledge into a single repository, integrating user content and knowledge into the WPP Open ecosystem, establishing guidelines and governance to drive end-user content and knowledge, and generating the required content and knowledge.
In addition to these responsibilities, this role is also responsible for planning, developing, and delivering key release communications, working in partnership with the Release team to ensure optimal end-user experience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Define and implement WPP Open’s content & knowledge strategy
  • Implement and maintain WPP Open’s content & knowledge base
  • Unify end-user content and knowledge into the knowledge base & work with the support team to develop the Help Centre.
  • Establish guidelines and governance to drive end-user content and knowledge
  • Integrate user content and knowledge into the WPP Open Ecosystem to ensure optimal end-user experience
  • Manage and support the creation of the required content and knowledge
  • Support the CX Lead with key communications and content generation
  • Plan, develop, and deliver key release communications
  • Work in partnership with the Release team to ensure optimal end-user experience

What you'll need:

  • Content Management: The ability to develop and manage content strategies, including planning, creating, editing, and publishing content across multiple channels.
  • Knowledge Management: Experience in managing knowledge bases, developing taxonomies, and creating governance models for knowledge management.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with content management systems, knowledge management tools, and other relevant software applications.
  • Analytical Skills: The ability to analyse data and user feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset, with a deep understanding of end-user needs and preferences.
  • Leadership: The ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Adaptability: The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and technologies, and the willingness to learn new skills and approaches as needed.
