Job Description

Flexion Inc., a Madison, WI-based IT Consulting and Services firm, is looking for a Content Management Specialist on a Sitecore Platform to work on a remote and long-term consulting project.

Content Management Specialist:

We are looking for a Content Management Specialist who will be involved in the hands-on management and updates to the Sitecore site/pages. The content management specialist is responsible for all aspects of content maintenance. Experience using a content management system is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create pages and load content in Sitecore, the content management platform
• Assist departments in improving new and existing web content and structure that enhances amfam.com.
• Assists with maintaining web pages and collaborates with content writers and product owners throughout the year, helping to ensure the quality and enhance speed to market.
• Maintains and improves website on top viewed pages and executes personalization and A/B tests.
• Coordinates closely with I/S to maintain and improve the website's functionality.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of HTML experience
• 1+ years of experience with Sitecore creating, publishing, and managing website content.
• Strong understanding of information design, information architecture, and content strategy
• Knowledge of search engine optimization
• Excellent organization, interpersonal and time-management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and switch easily between them while delivering high-quality results with little supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and spoken) in both technical and business environments
• Good time management skills, including prioritization and adapting as necessary
• Basic Photoshop skills are a plus
