What is Your Purpose:
Under direction of the Manager, responsible for maintaining all Quality Initiatives (QI) content and materials, providing management reporting of QI programs, usage, and performance, and managing the creation and deployment of additional Initiatives as required by the Business.
What You Will Be Doing:
Manages the Quality Initiative program process to ensure all information is current and accurate; coordinates compilation of member communication materials; collaborates with Corporate Communication, Legal and Compliance for standardization of brand and format.
Designs, coordinates, and leads business initiatives to develop and deploy additional member-specific materials. Scope includes soliciting input from their managers and business partners to determine the most effective approach; researching supporting facts and data; and liaising with Corporate Communications and internal business partners to develop appropriate wording.
Provides reporting of QI programs to leadership by utilizing data and analytic resources to monitor communication outcomes, channel effectiveness, and identify gaps; Makes recommendations and prepares reports to be used in making performance improvements.
What You Must have:
3+ years related work experience. Experience Details: Reporting, trend analysis, and content development
Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
Basic understanding of Boolean logic and operators
Excellent project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Demonstrated skills to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
What We Prefer You to Have:
PMP - Project Management Professional
Advanced understanding of Boolean logic and operators Orange Belt certification or equivalent
Experience with Contact, Claims, and/or EM&B operations Demonstrated ability to interact with staff at all levels from front-line to Vice President
General Physical Demands
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.

To support your financial wellbeing, we offer competitive pay as well as opportunities for incentive or commission compensation. We also conduct regular annual reviews with pay for performance considerations for base pay increases.
Annualized Salary Range: $54,500 - $88,500
Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $54,500 - $68,100
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
