What you’ll do:

PrizePicks is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Content Manager to be a key player in shaping and building out the content department. This position will focus on coordinating and ultimately executing against a monthslong, multi-platform content campaigns that will bring our brand, shows, partners and digital content to ensure we excite and drive fan engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in content planning and management across multiple platforms (including social, online video, unscripted shows, live event content capture and more), strong creative instincts, and a proven ability to work cross-functionality with internal and external partners. They should have a proven track record of creating engaging and compelling content that drives audience engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and own the content calendar built around key ‘moments’ that will include live sports, short and longer-form content series. Driving content production and distribution, including editorial calendars, content workflows, and content publishing schedules.
  • Manage day-to-day relationship and request with the creative team as it relates to content creation needs
  • Lead the development of digital and social content in collaboration with internal and external creative & content teams, plus external agencies
  • Work with partnerships team in the development of original content with creators and distribution across owned channels 
  • Manage the production and coordination of content for key campaigns, events, shows, etc. including talent management, external and internal production teams and content delivery. 
  • Support producers and internal production team on development of unscripted shows and live streams. 
  • Source and contract external production partners as needed. 
  • Monitor content performance and analyze metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage our editorial network to grow our publishing capabilities and cadence
What you have:
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar role for a brand or creative / production agency; sports experience preferred
  • Proven ability to design, manage, and execute multi-platform content campaigns / calendars
  • Strong creative instincts, with ability to communicate ideas in a logical and clear manner
  • Deep understanding of digital content distribution platforms and trends
  • Attention to detail, strong time and project management skills
  • Bonus: writing, video or editing skills
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills & presence, open to feedback
  • Flexible work schedule to accommodate time zones and potential travel
