The Role- key responsibilities

Job Overview:
 
As the Content Manager, you will be responsible for both strategizing and executing content initiatives that align with Interprefy's business objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on content creation, and project management to ensure the delivery of high-quality content across multiple channels. You will collaborate with various teams to drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and support business growth. 

Key Responsibilities:
 
1. Strategy and Planning: 
  • In partnership with the Marketing Team develop and execute a global content strategy aligned with business goals, driving engagement and supporting lead generation efforts. 
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure content initiatives are aligned with broader business goals and campaigns. 
  • Maintain and manage the content calendar, ensuring the timely execution of content that supports product launches, campaigns, and brand-building efforts. 
2. Content Creation and Execution: 
  • Execute content initiatives by directly producing high-quality content, including blogs, social media posts, case studies, customer success stories, email campaigns, landing pages, and more. 
  • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all channels, maintaining a strong and coherent brand voice. 
  • Write critical and important content that requires expertise, edit, and optimize content for SEO to maximize organic traffic and improve search visibility. 
  • Oversee and control all internal and external content produced by the content team 
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and external partners to deliver multimedia content that aligns with Interprefy’s branding and business objectives. 
  • Adapt content strategies based on audience insights and feedback, continuously refining execution to improve performance. 
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: 
  • Work closely with the product, marketing, and sales teams to create content that supports key initiatives such as product launches, lead generation, and customer engagement. 
  • Ensure that content execution aligns with go-to-market strategies and supports campaigns across various channels. 
4. Content Performance and Optimization: 
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement, traffic, and conversion rates, to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies. 
  • Continuously optimize content based on performance insights, ensuring that it meets engagement and conversion goals. 
5. Workflow and Project Management: 
  • Manage content workflows and timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content. 
  • Oversee content production, working with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and quality standards. 
6. Manage relationships with external PR agencies: 
  • Coordinating efforts to align public relations initiatives with the overall content and brand strategy. 
  • Oversee the development of press releases, media kits, and other PR-related content, ensuring consistency in messaging and maximizing media exposure for key initiatives.
Key experiences and competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in content marketing, with proven experience in both content strategy and hands-on content creation.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Proven experience with SEO, content optimization, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to execute content projects end-to-end, from ideation to publication.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
