Content Manager, Learning Experience Resources
Job Description
Quietly, we’ve been developing a platform combining technology and services (Nectar ™ ) that gives educators on demand access to the infrastructure and support they need to deliver memorable learning experiences. A critical part of this solution includes a dynamic resource library developed in partnership with our community and providers in the education industry. These interactive assets make it easier for educators to teach with their content and learners to enjoy engaging learning experiences that meet modern expectations.
As our Content Manager you’ll be running our efforts to create great resources that our community of educators will use to engage their learners. You’ll have the opportunity to work between our community, product team, and partners to define our resource production priorities and process to ensure that our library and resources are meeting the standards of educators and learners. In this capacity you’ll also work closely with our community engagement team to make sure these resources land in the right hands to make the highest impact. Everyday, you’ll have the opportunity to improve the teaching and learning experience of people around the world.
- Responsible for production and development of interactive content populating the libraries of the Nectar ™ platform.
- Develop production and release schedules for assets created to support the development of learning experiences via the Nectar platform.
- Manage the production and development process of assets leveraging internal resources and vendors.
- Ensure the consistent delivery on time and of quality.
- Maintain content assets and revise to meet changing standards based on user need and industry standards.
- Coordinate with partners to co-develop and publish co-branded and sponsored content.
- Integrate partner content and resources into Nectar.
- Collaborate with community engagement managers and other members of the product team to develop content roadmap.
- Partner with thought leadership, marketing, and product teams to source and leverage existing content resources for the development of new assets.
- Contribute to setting the content strategy and priorities in partnership with the services delivery, community engagement, product, and growth teams.
- Set and evolve brand standards to deliver content experiences that match quality and experience expectations.
- Optimize user experience in partnership with the product team to streamline adoption of content resources.
- Achieve and set content utilization goals.
- Drive increased adoption of content resources from Nectar’s Discover product.

- A content manager with proven experience.
- Almost damagingly detail oriented.
- Confident and clear in your communication.
- Experienced in managing multiple projects and workflows.
- Familiar with the development of content across multiple platforms and mediums.
- Empathetic toward experiences of content consumers.
- Comfortable with the management of technical teams (particularly developing in HTML and CSS).
- Excited by the development of hybrid/interactive content experiences.
- An emphatic believer that George R.R. Martin still needs to finish the Song of Ice and Fire.
