Grammarly is excited to offer a remote-first hybrid working model . Team members can work primarily remotely in the United States, Canada, Ukraine, Germany, Poland, or Portugal. Conditions permitting, teams will meet in person a few weeks every quarter at one of Grammarly's hubs in San Francisco, Kyiv, New York, Vancouver, and Berlin, or in a workspace in KrakΓ³w.

To achieve our ambitious goals, we're looking for a Content Manager t o join our Acquisition Marketing team. This role will be responsible for executing our content strategy on marketing web pages. They will partner closely with teams across the organization to develop a deep understanding of Grammarly's product offerings/features and other core initiatives requiring web pages, delivering engaging performant content. They will help reach Acquisition Marketing's goals by creating brand visibility and driving awareness for Grammarly's various lines of business.
Their initial focus will be on owning the execution of our marketing web pages, including defining content requirements/guidelines for web pages, providing creative feedback, brainstorming new website page types, and reporting on page performance. They'll also develop best practices, incorporate user research/data into decision-making, collaborate with our conversion rate optimization team on test ideas, and eventually contribute to strategy.
Your impact
As a Content Manager, your contributions will help Grammarly build domain authority, drive traffic to our website, and acquire new users as cost-effectively as possible. We'll continue to gain traction as a category leader in the writing/communication space and deliver consistent messages about Grammarly's product and how it can help users achieve their writing/communication goals. This person will help us to demonstrate our product's value propositions and contribute to scaling our website.
Knowing how to properly prioritize a multifaceted content strategy and balance the sometimes shifting needs of a rapidly growing business will be key. There are expectations for high content output, so it will be critical for this person to have strong attention to the quality of content and on-brand messaging while being able to move fast. Relationship management and feedback skills are also big components of this role.
This is a great opportunity for a content manager to learn about marketing a multifaceted SaaS product and about speaking to specific audiences (general, students, professionals, English language learners, etc). They will be able to come in and own content on an impactful channel end-to-end. For someone with digital content chops who is still growing in strategic skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn.

United States:
Zone 1: $ 138,000-$173,000 /year (USD)
Zone 2: $ 124,000-$156,000 /year (USD)
Zone 3: $ 117,000-$147,000 /year (USD)
Zone 4: $ 110,000-$138,000 /year (USD)

Within your first 30 days, you will:
- Learn the history of Grammarly's website as well as our current website and content strategies and where we'd like them to evolve.
- Understand Grammarly's content policies and practices, and provide feedback on those practices.
- Become an expert in Grammarly's product and plans, brand positioning, and editorial style guide.
By month three, you will:
- Familiarize yourself with the existing page types and understand potential future/planned page types.
- Internalize the current web page creation process and take on writing content briefs, leading new page kickoffs, and working with stakeholders as well as creative team members.
- Review and prioritize feedback for all pages in flight.
- Complete one quarter's worth of monthly content reporting.
By month six, you will:
- Collaborate with our SEO Manager to identify new areas of opportunity and build pages accordingly.
- Audit legacy content for quality and usefulness, brand alignment, SEO, and optimal user flow-and develop a prioritized plan for optimizing.
- Contribute to evolving our page types and on-page functionality needs.
We're looking for someone who...

- Is familiar with marketing fundamentals and best practices, including acquisition, product marketing, lifecycle/engagement, experiments/growth, and brand.
- Possesses intermediate data analysis skills to form insights/hypotheses that drive decision-making.
- Understands how to convey a brand's and product's story in words and images in a way that emotionally and psychologically connects with the target audience while remaining accurate.
- Provides constructive, actionable feedback to content creators.
- Drives projects forward, even when there are multiple people on multiple teams involved in execution.
- Responds quickly to unexpected changes and shifts priorities as business strategies shift.

Our US and Canada locations are categorized into compensation zones based on each geographic region's cost of labor index. Our compensation packages include equity; a wide range of medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance options; retirement benefits; and parental leave. We offer twenty days of paid time off per year (global), eleven days of paid holidays per year (US and Canada), and unlimited sick days (global).
