The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated digital migration for many critical services. Those services require a trusted identity to safeguard against fraud and help ensure people are who they claim to be. With ID.me, login and identity credentials move with people, which can reduce the time and frustration of having to verify at multiple sites and set up multiple passwords.
ID.me is a credential service provider compliant with federal standards for digital identity verification.Â
In addition to helping people control their credentials and data, the company’s “No Identity Left Behind” initiative strives to expand access and inclusion for all people. The company offers multiple pathways to verification – online self-serve, live video chat agents, and in person. ID.me is passionate about building a robust identity network that does not compromise access for traditionally underserved groups.
ID.me is seeking a Content Marketer to join our marketing team. Key responsibilities will include creating content for eCommerce and Affiliate Marketers to teach them how to build world class CRM, Customer Acquisition, Loyalty, and Affiliate programs by tapping into community marketing e.g. Military/Veterans, Students, Teachers, Nurses, etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate marketing and ecommerce and working with Enterprise and Mid-Market brands. Your job will be to create content that helps ecommerce and affiliate marketers perform more effectively at work. You will be responsible for understanding what marketers need to execute community marketing campaigns effectively and delivering them insights in an organized and efficient manner. Content creation responsibilities will range from top of funnel research that helps educate marketers about community marketing and communities to sales enablement content.Â
Responsibilities- Understand the audience and personas aligned to industries and segments sales is targeting
- Map content creation to the needs of the persona at various stages of their journeyÂ
- Drive results by creating effective content that increases traffic and funnel conversion rates
- Execute against the content strategy including editorial content planning, development, and creation ensuring brand consistency through tone, look, and feel
- Partner with subject matter experts to create compelling content for marketers across the buyer journey (ex: blog posts, white papers, videos, and infographics)Â
- Produce high value content on key topics educating marketers on how to improve their CRM, Customer Acquisition, Loyalty, and Affiliate programs through community marketing
- Use analytics to understand what messages are or are not working at various stages
- Share learnings about messaging and topics with product marketing and sales leaders
- Contribute to the social media content calendar
- 4-7 years of experience in a content marketing roleÂ
- Deep understanding of Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and eCommerce
- Fluent in CRM & Loyalty programs and how community marketing can impact strategies
- Editorial content marketing experience across digital formats (ex: web, thought leadership, content syndication, SEO, social)
- Experience managing a content production calendar with a balance of top, middle, and bottom of funnel materials aligned to the buyer journey
- Ability to craft strategy and to create content (player/coach)
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation communication skills
- Experience managing content distribution platforms (Wordpress, etc.)
- Expert reporting on content success using data and insights from analytics platforms (GA4, Google Search Console, etc.)

ID.me Covid Vaccination Requirement
ID.me has a mandatory vaccination requirement where not prohibited by applicable federal or state law.

Reasonable Accommodation: Current and future employees in need of an exemption from this policy due to a medical reason, or because of a sincerely held religious belief must submit a completed Request for Accommodation form to the human resources department to begin the interactive accommodation process as soon as possible after vaccination deadlines have been announced (September 13th) and an offer of employment has been made. Accommodations will be granted where they do not cause ID.me undue hardship or pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others.
