We’re looking for a dynamic, well-rounded marketer to join the Syndigo Marketing team. The Content/Product Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and delivering marketing campaigns across different channels and mediums focused on driving growth and awareness in verticals including retail and foodservice. With a skillset of content writing, and both internal and external communications, this manager should have proven success in managing and driving targeted campaigns from idea to delivery while working with the broader team to execute. A successful candidate will be a strong communicator, a self-starter, and a good storyteller.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create Compelling Content: Produce vertical-focused content such as e-books, case studies, website copy, sales slides, emails, webinars, sales kits and blog posts.
- Campaign Leader: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategically plan, design, execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns and plans to drive growth. Create and manage a content calendar.
- Strategic Partner: Work with the internal leaders to understand vertical specific challenges and goals, and create materials to solve these challenges.
- Understand the Buyer and Verticals with Product, Sales, and Marketing to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas and differentiates us from the competition.
- Create Customer Success Stories: Develop effective customer examples, testimonials and other client reference materials.
- Creative and effective marketer: Drive traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion. Use creativity and resourcefulness to meet growth goals.
Qualifications:
- Strong writing, communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
- Confidence to work as a collaborative team member.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, time/project management and organizational ability.
- Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of related experience in a content marketing/campaign management/product marketing.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other similar specialty.
- Knowledge of Marketo, Asana, Google Analytics and Salesforce is a plus.
- Good writing experience.
