Content Marketing Manager

How you’ll make an impact:
We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager to develop and deploy various types of writing and creative projects. This person is responsible for expanding our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. 

The Content Creator's success is measured through the continual improvement of client nurturing and retention through storytelling, as well as the increase in new prospects into the pipeline through the consistent development and deployment of content to our industry. The ideal candidate will have a combination of a marketing and publishing mindset. This role is Strata's brand storyteller who must be empathetic toward the pain points of our clients and prospects. In this role, you will: 

• Create 2-3 resources each month from new and existing content to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics. Examples include eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, product sheets, infographics, etc. 
• Blog on an ongoing basis to attract site visitors through search, social, and attract our email subscribers. 
• Conduct marketing campaigns by creating collateral, emails, ads, nurture sequences, webpages, etc. Then, track and analyze results and adjust accordingly. 
• Grow our subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that is in tune with their needs and the healthcare industry. 
• Inform and Influence Strata’s marketing content calendar. 
• Optimize content for search engines, lead generation, and conduct analytical tactics to improve content reach. 

What we’re looking for: 

• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the following areas is highly desired: Content Development, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, and/or Marketing. 
• Training/Experience with telling a story using words, images, or audio and an understanding of how to create content that draws an audience. 
• Training/Experience as a print or broadcast journalist is a plus. We are really looking for someone who has a 'nose' for the story. 
• Proven writing and editorial skills. 
• Experience with website management systems (WordPress, Sitefinity, etc.) is a plus. 
• Ability to be Agile - we need to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure. 
• Must have excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
