Agility Recovery is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join our team in Denver, CO or Atlanta, GA . This is a hybrid work opportunity with in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You'll get to lead our content execution, write and produce content, amplify and market our content, and measure your results. You will report to the SVP Marketing, driving our content strategy, writing/editing, production, distribution, and marketing throughout the community and the entire organization. Content is the essential fuel for our high-performing demand gen engine, and you will be helping drive our growth. You will help us capture and articulate the essence of how our 30 years of experience help us provide innovative solutions in the ever-changing world of business continuity.
Outcomes
The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for the successful execution of a content marketing strategy that achieves three primary goals: increase organic traffic from our target audiences attracting potential buyers into our community through thought leadership and education, produce content and sales enablement materials to drive deeper engagement with prospects and educate customers, and develop high-value content assets that will convert to leads.
Develop and deliver a content plan and publishing calendar designed to target our key personas:
  • Build, manage, execute and communicate our content calendar, taking into consideration company goals, marketing programs, and industry momentum
  • Manage meetings and communication re: editorial priorities and execution
  • Identify and fill gaps in our content for our overall company strategy and go-to-market initiatives
  • Develop content aligned to our customer personas, through the customer lifecycle, including prospects, sales enablement, and post-sale customer experience
  • Work with product marketing manager, campaign managers, and other cross-departmental teams to build content that amplifies our message and company goals
  • Own the messaging voice for the company
  • Write, publish, and amplify content
  • Own our social media strategy, execution, and reporting, including employee advocacy
  • Work with designers to tell a visually impactful content story through various content types (guides, blogs, social snippets, slide decks, infographics, campaigns, email, etc.)
  • Document and maintain standard operation procedures (SOPs) for producing, publishing, and distributing content
  • Track key success metrics (KPIs) to measure engagement and conversion of content, assess the broader business impact, optimize delivery for each piece of content, and test and optimize content formats and distribution channels

Develop and deliver content that achieves marketing objectives and company goals:
  • Create effective, high-value content to articulate our value proposition, and generate engagement and form conversion, as part of our demand generation funnel
  • Work with digital marketing manager to deliver SEO/organic traffic
  • Serve as a managing editor for content produced by subject matter experts inside and outside the company
  • Manage editorial workflows, including yourself, freelancers, SMEs, partners, and customers to curate, develop, and source relevant, quality content and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Maintain frequency of content development: write or requisition 2-4 blogs per month, produce weekly newsletters, and larger assets on a monthly , quarterly or annual basis
  • Advance our thought leadership position within the market
  • Support campaign managers in the development and editing of enablement materials including campaign messaging, copy for webpages, ads, webinar abstracts, emails, call scripts, pitch decks, sales collaterals, etc.
  • Amplify and distribute content through social channels, partners, industry influencers, etc.

Qualifications
  • BS/BA in communications, marketing, English, media, journalism, or a related field or experience
  • 3 years' experience with B2B content
  • Writing and editing skills
  • Proof of measurable content results, and organic social execution and results
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
  • CMS experience, Drupal is a plus
  • Project management skills - internal and external resources
  • You are not intimidated by talking to/interviewing subject-matter experts in areas where you may not have personal expertise
