Content Marketing Manager
Pipeline generation and new customer acquisition are a primary focus. We will do that by being in front of the prospect at EVERY stage of their digital journey, delivering relevant and valuable content to boost awareness, engagement and ultimately grow the pipeline.


Job Summary
The Content Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and creating engaging content across multiple formats and platforms. Responsibilities include implementing effective SEO strategies and managing a content calendar. This vital position aims to position the company as a technical leader and educate prospective customers throughout their journey.
Responsibilities
● Content Strategy: Collaborate with the product marketing team and campaign owners to create and execute content marketing strategies that improve brand awareness, build pipeline, and nurture opportunities.
● Content Calendar Management: Maintain an organized content calendar to plan, schedule, and execute content releases effectively. Ensure content is published on time and aligns with broader marketing campaigns.
● Conceptualizing and Ideation: Generate innovative and creative content ideas, developing captivating storytelling concepts that resonate with the target audience and align with the brand's messaging and objectives.
● Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality written content for various platforms, including blog posts, articles, social media content, and other marketing content. Repurpose existing content where appropriate. Ensure that all content aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and messaging guidelines.
● SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines by implementing SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
● Content Distribution: Identify and explore various channels to distribute content, such as guest posting opportunities, content partnerships, and other outreach initiatives to increase content reach and visibility.
● Analytics and Reporting: Use data and analytics tools to track content performance, website traffic, social media engagement, and other key metrics. Prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of content marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations.

● Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging content marketing techniques. Leverage market insights to adapt and
refine our content marketing approach.


Skills
● 5-7 years of experience working on content marketing teams for enterprise solutions and B2B SaaS products.
● Strong writing skills, including copywriting, copy editing, creative writing, and short- and long-form writing.
● Expertise in B2B SEO best practices pillar post/hub & spoke strategies, and relevant ranking factors in today’s competitive SEO landscape.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $165,000
