Content Marketing Manager

Summary of This Role
Plan, develop and execute promotional campaigns that inform the organization's target market of the merits of purchasing its products and services. Manage the marketing and communications needs for multiple product line(s) and multiple sales channels including field sales, telemarketing sales and service teams. Assist with the planning and development of the marketing and communications program for the organization. Develop and/or coordinate advertising campaigns and the production of collateral material in various formats to be used to support sales and service efforts. Analyze sales records, researches trends and estimates market development and potential for prospects. Coordinate/manage all aspects of campaign and communications activities, including planning, copywriting, editing, placement/publishing, obtaining management approvals, vendor execution and reporting & analysis. Support the execution of company meetings, special events and trade shows.
What Part Will You Play?
- Reviews corporate and competitor information to assist in identifying industry trends and changes in consumer behavior.
- Applies a working knowledge of both marketing principles and departmental processes and procedures to support marketing staff in creating content for moderately complex marketing communications materials for print, web, direct response or marketing collateral (i.e. product/service and company information, white papers, presentations). Edits common subject matter and some fairly technical marketing collateral (i.e. sales proposals, sales training material). Collaborates with team and business units to determine what message and what activity will be most effective.
- Assists in the delivery of communications through direct mailings, email or digital marketing promotions.
- Assists in the delivery of marketing campaign results and marketing communication activities. Performs basic analysis of marketing communication activities and metrics from marketing campaigns to enhance future programs.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant Experience or Degree in: Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Business or related field
- Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp

Preferred Qualifications
- Typically Minimum 4 Years Relevant Exp
- Marketing technology, project management, copyrighting/content development and managing online tools and software; Financial industry preferred
