Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Content Marketing Manager will play a key role in creating content to drive awareness, leads, and conversions for itel's insurance carrier customers. The idea candidate can both contribute to content creation and analyze the performance of content to iterate and improve content marketing efforts. We are seeking a hands-on team player with a desire to join a high-growth, fast-paced company with a great culture. This is a net-new position on a growing marketing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee itel's content marketing strategy. Define goals, measure progress, and constantly iterate.
- Develop content to support sales efforts. Content could include case studies, product sheets, blogs, sales decks, whitepapers, landing pages, social media posts, and more.
- Partner with the marketing team, external agencies, and freelancers to drive content efforts forward.
- Analyze content performance, report out that performance, and use data to improve the overall content marketing program.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing specialist and other team members to strategize and launch automated campaigns.
- Connect with customers to learn pain points, evolve our content strategy, and tell compelling customer success stories.
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, English, or similar field
- At least 4 years in a content marketing role at a B2B company
PREFERRED
- Experience using Pardot or similar CRM
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience in the property insurance industry

WORKING CONDITIONS/EQUIPMENT USE
- Work is performed indoors in a typical office environment - not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
- Frequent use of office machines to include telephone, computer, and printer
- Anticipated travel for work approximately 3-5 times a year.
