What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to create compelling content to drive revenue operations for enterprise B2B. You will be responsible for inbound marketing strategies to build a brand identity and online presence through the creation and dissemination of multimedia content online. This involves developing content strategies, growing an online community, and tracking that community’s growth. The successful candidate will have the ability to understand complex products; how to position these products to different markets and audiences; and be able to ramp-up quickly on a new disruptive technology.

What you will be doing
•    Design content marketing strategies and produce high-quality content in collaboration with design and writing teams
•    Create an editorial calendar, delegate tasks, and ensure that deadlines are met
•    Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
•    Analyze web traffic metrics and ensure a strong web presence on various channels
•    Generate ideas to increase customer engagement
•    Partnering with the Exec Team, plan, execute and manage Focal’s corporate pitches, website, creative presence, presentations, and digital experience
•    Create a modern, innovative look and feel through all customer facing content
•    Provide project management for Focal’s marketing campaigns
•    Help establish Focal as the industry thought leader globally, through marketing, branding, social media educational/demo events and "Focal Academy" content
•    Develop and maintain internal project management process and workflow 
•    Coordinate internal communications
•    Manage budget, external vendors and industry associations
•    Raise the creative mojo of the Focal team

What you need to succeed
•    8+ years of content marketing and creative direction in an agency or in-house setting
•    BSc degree in Marketing, Journalism, or relevant field
•    Knowledge of technology and enterprise B2B marketing 
•    Proven ability to plan and manage a long-term project roadmap  
•    Track-record of being highly organized and completing projects on time and within budget 
•    Knowledge of digital marketing analytics platforms
•    Knowledge of Google Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
•    Proficient in MS Office and WordPress or other Content Management Software
•    Understanding of web publishing requirements
•    Ability to predict audience preferences with an editorial mindset
•    Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
•    Expertise in social media platforms
•    Excellent oral communication and writing skills
•    Startup mentality with an output driven focus
•    Knowledge of retail and grocery a plus
