About The Role

The team at Fundraise Up is growing! We are looking for a talented and motivated content creator with excellent attention to detail to join our team. The ideal candidate is creative possesses strong organizational and time-management skills will provide meaningful insights to the team and is just as happy to own and drive major content projects as they are to be a contributor to a team initiative.

This job is made for you if you have experience in top notch digital content creation working with non-profits and are at your best when collaborating in a fast paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate creative content for blog posts white papers reports emails web copy and social media.

• Create and execute a growth oriented social media strategy delivering engaging content and building community.

• Ensure SEO optimization of content for better ranking and visibility.

• Understand and cater to our target audience's content preferences.

• Work closely with marketing managers to align content with demand programs and strategy.

• Conduct content analysis and performance tracking to optimize content strategies.

• Assist in maintaining a content calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year.

• Research industry-related topics and trends to stay updated on the latest best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in content writing and strategy development in a B2B SaaS or non-profit setting.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills.

• Expert knowledge in all stages of social media marketing from creation to community management.

• Lite graphic design (ie Canva) and video editing skills.

• Proven track record of producing pieces that increase engagement and drive leads across all channels.

• Understanding of SEO principles and how to implement them in the content.
