We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's next phase of growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and curating compelling content across various channels with the objective of attracting, engaging, and converting members of our target audience. The ideal candidate is a deeply strategic and creative thinker who enjoys developing compelling customer-driven narratives within a highly collaborative team environment.

Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of proven content marketing experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Experience in managing social media platforms and implementing social media strategies.
- Ability to create engaging multimedia content (videos, webinars, infographics) is a plus.
- Proficiency in using content management systems and analytics platforms. Hubspot experience is a plus.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Your Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Development: Work closely with internal stakeholders to plan and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy. Create a content calendar and oversee the production of blog posts, eBooks, webinars, and other forms of content.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including but not limited to LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Engage with users and drive social media initiatives to enhance brand awareness.
- Customer Marketing: Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to develop impactful case studies, testimonials, and success stories showcasing our clients' experiences.
- Sponsored Content: Identify and explore opportunities for sponsored content collaborations with industry partners, influencers, and platforms to expand our reach and visibility.
- SEO: Work with other team members and external agency partners to optimize content for search engines, ensuring that our content is discoverable and ranks well on relevant keywords.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of content marketing initiatives. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, improve engagement, and increase conversion rates over time.
- Continued Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, relevant research, competitor messaging, and content marketing best practices to continuously enhance the effectiveness of our content marketing efforts.
