Maven is looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to create highly engaging, impactful content across a variety of formats, channels, and audiences. You are an exceptional writer and content strategist, skilled at simplifying complex topics and creating content that moves readers down the sales funnel. This role will partner with growth marketing, product marketing, and internal subject matter experts to play a critical role in driving awareness, interest, and conversion through content.
As Content Marketing Manager at Maven, you will:
- Partner with subject matter experts and conduct research to create content across multiple formats including, but not limited to, thought leadership blog posts, SEO content, interactive landing pages, reports, case studies, white papers, infographics, and more
- Work closely with the events team, subject matter experts, and clients to build content to support Maven-owned and partner webinars and events
- Drive maximum value and engagement of our content by repurposing high-performing assets into supporting pieces to be used across multiple channels
- Partner closely with the campaign team to develop a content strategy to support pipeline-driving initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the campaign team, product marketing, event marketing, and website owner to optimize content throughout the buyer journey
- Be a strong proponent of the Maven brand voice and best practices for creating dynamic content that tells the Maven story
- Track and measure content metrics against goals and KPIs and share results across the greater growth organization
We're looking for you to bring:
- 4-5 years of relevant editorial and content strategy experience; healthcare or B2B experience necessary
- Passion for writing and editing
- Experience managing a blog (strategy, analytics, content calendar, uploading to content management systems, etc.)
- Experience working cross-functionally with subject matter experts and other contributors on content
- Basic understanding of content strategy for lead generation including aligning with sales goals, developing content for different parts of sales funnel, and showcasing customer stories
For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $105,000 - $145,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
