Content Marketing Manager FTC
Job Description
Redgate is seeking a Content Marketing Manager on a 12 month FTC to lead the international team who write, edit, and commission the top-notch content on the Redgate Hub - home to Simple Talk, our blog, and our product learning - and put together the industry-leading program for PASS Data Community Summit.
You'll play a pivotal part in building Redgate's reach among new audiences, nurturing relationships with influencers and authors, and overseeing the delivery of educational, technical, and thought-leadership content that addresses industry challenges and trends and helps our customers and communities with their day-to-day challenges.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, analysis, customer insight, and organizational excellence to help drive our brand forward and amplify Redgate's credibility across our communities and market.

You:
An experienced marketing leader with a talent for:
- leading and motivating an experienced, global team of writers, editors, and content experts
- understanding the content needs of personas at different stages of the customer journey
- developing content strategy and illustrating how it can support business goals
Your excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams will help more technology-driven businesses around the world scale up end-to-end Database DevOps and deliver valuable innovations faster.
The role:
Working across websites that bring in millions of visitors a year, newsletters that are read by hundreds of thousands, and an events audience of tends of thousands, you'll be responsible for the development and delivery of a content strategy to support Redgate's strategic marketing goals.
You will:
- Manage an experienced team to support content delivery
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in the business to understand the content needs of our target audiences
- Build on market and customer insights to inform the themes and topics your team cover
- Oversee and optimize existing content sites and assets
- Develop a content calendar and plan that increases visibility and simplifies delivery of various content marketing initiatives
