About The Role

The team at Fundraise Up is growing! We are looking for a talented and motivated content creator with excellent attention to detail to join our team. The ideal candidate always meets deadlines, possess strong organizational and time-management skills, open to feedback and willing to make changes to work.

The job is made for you if you have experience in digital content creating with a focus on SaaS topics and are able to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate creative content for blog posts, white papers, reports, emails, web copy, and social media;

2. Understand and cater to our target audience's content preferences;

3. Work closely with marketing managers to align content with marketing programs and strategy;

4. Conduct content analysis and performance tracking to optimize content strategies;

5. Assist in maintaining a content calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year;

6. Research industry-related topics and trends to stay updated on the latest best practices;

7. Ensure SEO optimization of content for better ranking and visibility.

Qualifications:

1. 4-5 years of experience in content writing, preferably in a B2B SaaS setting;

2. Exceptional writing and editing skills;

3. Lite graphic design (ie Canva) and video editing skills;

4. Proven track record of producing pieces that increase engagement and drive leads;

5. Basic understanding of SEO principles and how to implement them in the content;

6. Proficiency in using content management software like WordPress;

7. Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
