Content Marketing Manager, Visual Storytelling

As our Content Marketing Manager, Visual Storytelling, you'll be the visionary force behind the creation and dissemination of our visual narratives. This position offers the chance to significantly impact our brand's presence through social media, customer and investor presentations, launch events, and more. Positioned at the heart of our marketing strategy, you will ensure our message resonates and amplifies across all channels.

This role is located at our San Francisco Bay Area, California office onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with design teams, engineering teams, and business development to produce high-quality visual content, including videos, images, and promotional materials, to tell compelling stories to customers, investors, and the broader market.
• Hands-on involvement in the entire creative process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring each project meets our high standards of production quality.
• Organize and oversee the production of all company events, office space aesthetics, and sales decks, embedding our brand story and values in every detail.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand narrative across all platforms and touchpoints.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Design, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in a hands-on marketing role, with a focus on video and image production.
• A portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling and high production value, including major events or product launches.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in technology or robotics sectors, with a strong grasp on engaging relevant audiences.
• A track record of successfully leading creative projects from concept to completion, in line with strategic vision and brand ethos.
• Familiarity with the latest trends in visual content production, and a desire to push boundaries and explore new storytelling methods.
• Experience driving social media strategy, product launches, and investor relations through compelling visual narratives.
• A commitment to sharing knowledge and expertise, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the collaborative efforts of the team.

The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $170,000 plus equity and comprehensive benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and experience level. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in Santa Clara, CA. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
