Content Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Strategist to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate has experience in content strategy and planning content creation and SEO and optimization.

In a Typical Day You’ll:

• Develop and manage a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our marketing goals and core values.

• Produce high-quality engaging content including blog posts white papers social media posts videos and more.

• Optimize content for search engines to enhance visibility and engagement.

• Plan and execute the distribution of content across various channels including the company website social media platforms email campaigns and third-party platforms.

• Engage with the audience through compelling content that resonates with their needs and interests.

• Analyze content performance using various metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales product services and marketing to gather insights and create relevant content.

• Oversee a small team of contract writers and other content creators.

• Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into content strategies.

To Land This Gig You Need:

• 3-5 years of experience in content marketing preferably in magazines or social media.

• Proven experience in developing and executing successful content strategies.

• Exceptional writing editing and storytelling skills.

• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.

• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools like HootSuite Sprout Social.

• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills with sales and marketing.
