Content Marketing Specialist

This role reports to the Content Marketing Manager and will be a hybrid workplace model offering the flexibility to work remotely as well as in our beautiful office building in Boise, ID.

The content we create helps support the overall goals of the marketing team.

And we need your help to make all that happen.

What You'll Do:

• Write articles for our blog. We publish content related to payment processing, fraud, chargebacks, and other ecommerce risk management topics.
• Write guest posts. Share insights with reputable industry publications and news outlets.
• Write content for other areas of the website. This might include landing pages, solutions pages, feature pages, etc.
• Write content that can be used to capture leads. Some examples include ebooks, guides, checklists, data reports, etc.
• Write content for presentations. Help create decks for webinars, trade shows, sales demos, etc.

Come prepared to write! We'll switch up the topics and projects to keep things interesting, but content is definitely the name of our game.

What Experience You Need :

• 2+ years' experience writing content for inbound marketing is required
• A basic understanding of SEO
• 2+ years' experience working in the B2B space is required
• Experience in the fintech industry or a SaaS company

What Could Set You Apart:

• Experience in the fintech industry, SaaS, or payment processing industry is a big plus
• Experience with WordPress and/or Drupal content marketing platforms
• A familiarity with trending marketing strategies such as "They Ask, You Answer", "Start with Why", and category design
